Markeia Brox-Chester

Markeia is an Oakland, California native with a University of San Diego degree in Business Administration. She began her career at Adobe, where she is now a Business Operations Program Manager for the Employee Experience organization. In her current role, she drives key business initiatives that help the organization scale and streamline their processes. Additionally, she is an advocate for increasing Black representation in Tech, helping to lead initiatives that bring awareness to opportunities in the technology industry.

Markeia is passionate about creating change for the next generation and ensures that any door opened for her remains open for everyone else. She recognizes the benefits that come from improving one's mental health and wants to ensure everyone has the opportunity to heal from trauma. With Be the Change, Markeia is striving to break the generational cycle of not having the opportunity to leverage therapy.
