Kimberly Le Deaux

Kimberly Le Deaux is a Los Angeles native who received her BS in Political Science and BA in History from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Kimberly has a passion for mentoring and creating new opportunities for those that are underserved.  She feels it is necessary to be the change in the part of the world that you live in.  She has a heart that is focused on making a meaningful impact through her volunteer work with Transitional Age Youth or TAY, raising awareness of mental health, and breaking the barriers of communities of color.  She works with various organizations that support youth in foster care. Kimberly has been recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal (2019), Woman of the Year in CA Senate District 15 (2019), and Adobe’s Working Mother of the year by Working Mother Magazine in 2020.  She has a history of developing and managing teams that operate in an agile way and build a high-performance culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.  Professionally, Kimberly works at Adobe.
